Purposes:   To view and to print different sets of images.  Edge detection and volume calculation of regions in the images for different tomograph types.  To prepare the query of telemedicine consultation with the help of E-mail an FTP.  To create a database record of any set of *.bmp and *.jpg frames for quick search of essential investigation results in accordance to the set of characteristics chosen by user.  Facilities:        The program is oriented to the work with sets of images. To open a set of frames one need to find the files of patient examination and to choose the first of them (with the lesser number). The program automatically finds all the set of frames.  Supported File Formats: The program is ported to magnetic resonance scanner "Obraz-1" and CT scanner "Somatom CR" file format.  It also supports BMP and JPG.  The program supports a special compact file format to store images which is a combination of two files. The first is gray JPEG image file which combines all images of the set as a "wallpaper" with cut off of uninformative part and can be viewed with the help of any graphical editor. Another file stores all support information and cut off parameters. This allows to save in database all tomographical data and all information given by doctor.     Program can export all image data into BMP, JPG and tomographical format.  During printing set of images      Before printing a brightness and contrast correction of images histogram must be performed.  Also one can use automatically scaling, formatting, informative region determination, optimal setting images on the page. All automatically settings can be overridden by user.      The program is designed to use under Windows-95/Windows-98. It has clear user interface with the maximum simplicity of frequently used actions.  Edge detection and calculation of selected region volume.       The program gives an opportunity to determine some formation regions and to calculate their volume by the several parallel tomographycal slices. During this operation it performs the interpolation and extrapolation between slices and out of slice. Edges can be detected automatically ( by giving one point on the contour ) and by hand ( by selecting and editing of contours).  Telemedical Consultation Query Preparation With The Help of E-mail and FTP Technologies.       The program gives an opportunity to create a query page for the set of images for the whole patient examination and for every image apart. It is possible to provide additional information such as different kinds of contours. A query is formed as a one compact file which is convenient for network transfer. The consultant can see all the information in the same form as a query side is presented.     The program is ported to use under Windows-95/Windows-98/NT. It has clear user interface with the maximum simplicity of frequently used actions.
