Purposes:  To grab of arbitrary image sets obtained during USI scanning and to supply them with additional information. The doctor can give this information by filling one of the forms selected from the list.  To create a database record for quick search of necessary investigation results in accordance with the set of characteristics chosen by user.  To examine and to print of image obtained during the patient examination or from the database.  Facilities:     The program is designed for accumulation of graphical information obtained during the ultrasound examination directly from USI scanner. The main purpose of the program is thyroid gland diagnostic for which the choice of four basic image types is established. Still if necessary the program may be reoriented to any other examination types.      Before printing of images brightness and contrast correction of images can be performed. Also one can use automatically scaling, formatting, informative region determination, optimal setting images on the page. All automatically settings can be overridden by user.      The program is ported to use under Windows-95/Windows-98/NT. It has clear user interface with the maximum simplicity of frequently used actions.  Supported File Formats: Program supports a special compact file format to store images which is a combination of two files. The first is gray JPEG image file which combines all images of the set as a "wallpaper" with cut off of uninformative part and can be viewed with the help of any graphical editor. Another file stores all support information and cut off parameters. It allows to save in database all tomographical data and all information given by doctor.  Program can export all image data into BMP, JPG and tomographical format.
